Qualifications (minimum requirements) 任职资格

Education Background教育背景

  • Junior college major in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, pharmacist, and bioscience or computer science, etc.                                      机械工程、工业工程、电子工程、化学、药学及生物学、计算机科学等专业大专或以上学历
  • Basic English skill.                               

具备基础英语水平优先

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in manufactory with cGMP requirement pharmaceuticals industry or life science industry.                                      

具有cGMP相关的制药业或生命科学领域1-3年工作经验

  • cGMP manufacturing process experience is preferred.     

具有cGMP生产工艺经验者优先

 

Job content工作内容描述

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

  • Operate the equipment in production area to realize the PO according to SOP requirement and handle basic equipmenttrouble shooting.

生产技术员负责在生产区域根据标准操作流程(SOP)要求进行设备操作并完成生产订单,能够处理基本的设备故障。

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

  • Execute production activities according to SOP. Capable of operating all positions of product line independently.                                                                                              遵循标准操作流程(SOP)执行生产操作,能独立操作生产线上所有的岗位。
  • Act a key person in related production operation activities.                                                 担当相关生产活动的关键成员。
  • Train future employees, e.g. operators and technicians.                                                    培训新上岗生产操作员和生产技术员。
  • A back up to other technician in the FP production area.                                                    在成品部生产区域能替代其他技术员工作。
  • Keeping related process in compliance with regulation and business requirements.

保持相关的流程合规并符合业务需要。

  • Efficiency monitoring and improvement cooperation according to standard performance.                    根据绩效要求有效地开展团队合作并不断优化和改进。
  • Implementation of operation standards, maintenance standards and batch release standards where available.                                                                                                   执行可用的操作流程、维修流程、批放行流程。
  • Optimize technical solutions within related process. Support and optimize the performance on related area. 优化相关流程中的技术方案,支持和优化相关领域的绩效。
  • Data collection and basic analysis
    技术员应具备数据收集整理和基本分析的能力
  • Perform routine work according to EHS requirements and safety regulations.
    工作中需遵守EHS要求和安全相关法规。
  • Rotate within all FP operation positions and have enough multi-skills in FP according to business need.
    根据业务需求在FP进行多岗位轮换并具有多岗位操作技能
  • Have cLEAN knowledge, can lead problem solving with SPS
    具备基本的精益生产知识,能够使用SPS解决日常工作中遇到的问题
  • Basic Kata knowledgecan support or lead KATA
    具备基本的KATA知识,能支持或者领导一个KATA

  • Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working                                              将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中
  • Other work assigned by line manager.                                                                        直线经理安排的其他工作。
  • Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems                               保证将工作状态和所有问题准确通知到直线经理
