The position

• Focusing on implementation of business requirements through low-code platforms
• Undertakes the promotion and operational maintenance of the in-house low-code platform for the factory.

Support production network service

• Developing and implementing custom business applications using Power Apps
• Automating business processes using Power Automate
• Assist Users in creating Help desk cases in service now in English on automation system related issues
• Integrating Power Platform with other business applications and services
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues with Power Platform applications and services
• Collaborating with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure project success
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and technologies

Operation role for application maintenance

• Ensure system operation according to compliance requirements and agreements
• Supervising day-to-day system operation and maintenance
• Ensure business continuity
• Change management of system
• Ensure system security
• Assess and manage risks trigged by network change
• Manage 3rd party services

Qualifications

• IT related Bachelor degree
• PMP preferred
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in developing Power Platform applications and services
• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Have experience in integrating Power Platform with other business applications and services
• Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Has programming skills and experience in JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, and related technologies.
• Has independently completed Power Platform application integration development.
• Has knowledge and experience of using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ES6 for front-end development.
• Has knowledge and understanding of various concepts and features of the Vue.js framework.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (you will work with colleagues in an international set-up)
• Editing Automation Tools (Python, Java, etc.)
• Training skills, ability to effectively complete new technical training
• Documentation skills, able to generate presentation and training and sharing materials
• Have a business-oriented approach to communication and a problem-solving mindset with cross function teams
• Have excellent documentation
• Have strong analytical skills as well as a structured positive way of thinking
• Are process-oriented with high quality and security mindset
• Demonstrated skills in presentation and communication
• Training skills, able to organize an host workshop to training end users
• Documentation skills, able to generate presentation and training materials
• IT Project experience with the analysis and implementation
• Experience with system development and database administration preferred
• Good English verbal and written skills
