Professional Experience专业经验:

 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT system management, or working in a similar position           至少 4 IT系统管理或相关岗位工作经验
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience of application database structure design of MS SQL or Oracle

至少2年应用数据库架构设计经验

  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in programming of VS c#.net, and so on

至少2年编程经验,包含但不限于VS, C#, .Net等编程语言

  • Knowledge of PLC/HMI/DCS/OPC/SCADA is preferable

最好具备PLC/HMI/DCS/OPC/SCADA知识

  • Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment, ideally in RPA tools or test automation tools (UiPath/ Power Automate/ UI.Vision etc) is preferable

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

As an IT System/Service Support engineer in NovoNordisk, you will be part of the STJ local IT Operation Team that handles local and global IT projects implementation and key IT systems and IT services support to ensure business continuity. Your working time will be aligned with production related activities and effective collaboration with global teams. Our work processes are based on industry best practices and predefined NN procedures.
你将作为诺和诺德天津厂IT运营团队的成员承担公司IT系统、IT服务支持工程师角色,主要参与总部IT项目、本地IT项目的实施;为确保业务持续性的关键IT系统、IT服务执行日常支持。工作时间需配合公司生产活动、与总部支持团队的协作需要。我们的工作流程依据业界良好实践和公司相关流程。

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

Production System Management:

  • Take system Manager’s role for systems related to production areas. Ensure system operation according to compliance requirements and agreements.
    承担生产系统的系统经理角色,确保系统合规运行。
  • Create and maintain operation & maintenance procedure for production systems, the procedure should including yearly plan of IT PSE, URR, CRR, IT recovery testing, user training and other activities according to industry best practices and NN procedures.
    依据行业最佳实践和诺和规定,创建并维护生产系统运营维护规范,该规范需要包括但不限于定期的系统评估、用户权限评估、配置状态评估、恢复测试、用户培训等活动。
  • Ensure all local system user guides are updated and aligned with global user guides.
    确保所有本地的系统使用手册文件是更新的并且与总部文件一致。
  • Supervise day-to-day system operation and maintenance. Ensure monitoring process is in place for related platform and application, define and review platform and application availability KPI according to agreements between BSIT with line of business.
    监管系统日常运行和维护状态,确保相关平台和应用有监控流程,依据BSIT和业务部门签订的协议定义并审阅平台和应用的可用性状态。
  • Manage system configuration and conduct change management in accordance with NN quality requirement.

  • Assess and manage risks, ensure system security in accordance with NN predefined risk and security requirement. Conduct security patching and other security activities.
    依据诺和诺德风险、安全管理要求,执行系统风险评估和管理。执行安全补丁安装和其他安全活动。
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to implement production systems related projects.
    与内、外部相关方合作实施生产系统相关的项目。
  • Participate audit, prepare production systems related materials and answer questions in audit.             
    在审计时,准备生产系统所需文件材料并回答问题。
  • Manage external IT service vendors related to production systems, that include but not limited in business review, contract management, performance monitoring, compliance management, etc.                       管理生产系统相关的外部IT服务供应商,包括但不限于:业务回顾、合同管理、工作绩效跟踪、合规管理等。

Site Serialization Process Support:

  • Follow support duty plan and support process to provide 24*7 technical support for STJ serialization systems. Secure no production stops due to serialization systems system according to compliance requirements and SLA agreements.
    根据轮班计划为天津厂追溯码相关系统提供24*7的技术支持,依据合规要求和业务支持协议要求确保没有因为追溯码系统引起的生产停产。
  • Support on system problem solving. Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to provide solution to users.                     
    解决系统问题,与内、外部相关方合作为系统用户提供解决方案
  • Follow yearly plan and operation & maintenance procedure to support URR, CRR, PSE, IT recovery testing, training, workshop and other activities related to serialization systems.
    依据年度计划和维护流程提供配置管理审阅、培训、工作坊或其他追溯码系统相关的本地活动。

Production System Support:

  • Follow support duty plan and support process to support production systems. Secure no production stops due to relevant production systems and computerized equipment according to compliance requirements and SLA agreements.  
    根据轮班计划为生产系统提供技术支持,依据合规要求和业务支持协议要求确保系统运行。
  • Support line of business to conduct GxP computer system and computerized equipment validation activities. Develop validation documents ensuring high quality of computer systems. 帮助业务部门做GxP计算机系统和计算机化设备验证,交付系统验证文件,以确保计算机的质量。

Other IT Innovation Relevant Tasks:

  • Identify and monitor IT technology development trends.
    监控和识别IT技术发展趋势。
  • Learn IT tech continuously to keep your IT skills up to date.
    持续学习保证自己的IT技术与时俱进。
  • Share up to date IT technology to team proactively.
    主动团队内分享最新的IT技术知识。

Work with stakeholder closely to figure out business pain and provide IT solution to solve or mitigate identified business pain.
与关键用户紧密工作在一起,以便识别业务痛点并提供相应的IT解决方案。
