The position

  • In close collaboration with global program team, vendor and local project team, focusing on IT system design and implementation. Ensure high-stability and leading automation technology for process intend use for continuously production after FFEx facility is live.
  • IT infrastructure or corresponding systems design review, monitoring and risk control in technology point of view. Escalating the risk to stakeholder in advance, to ensure all of automation system risks mitigating to acceptance and meet the project quality and schedule.
  • Effective Communication with stakeholders, including local project members, venders and headquarter. Ensure transparency of project status.
  • Execute validation process in project progress, responsible for technology support and document review and approval in complete validation lifecycle.
  • Overall support the realization of new production lines in FFEx project including all systems in different categories.
  • Analyse manufacture process requirements and contribute to the IT/OT solution design in Program to meet the requirements.
  • Proactively drive and conduct local activities required for implementation of the IT/OT systems in FFEx scope to ensure on-time completion according to master project plan.
  • Ensure enough risk assessment and mitigation to the IT/OT solution design.
  • Complete validation work including document review and approval in different phase of project, take the role as IT area owner responsibility, drive validation activity during project phase complying with GxP regulations and internal procedure, including ITRA, DQ, IQ, etc.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor IT technology development trends and identify the opportunities for technology innovation in FFEx project.
  • Technical support of different engineering disciplines in project upgrade and have right competence in external vendors, minor projects management, validation process competence and GMP audit/inspection readiness

 

Qualifications

 

  • A bachelor/master’s degree in Computer Science and technology/ Information Technology/Management Information System/Electrical Engineering/AI or other relevant engineering majors
  • IT Infra:

5+ years of IT Infra maintenance or project experience covering one or more of following areas: SAN storage management, backup software management, VMware environment management, IT infrastructure Monitoring Tools Development and management, CCTV system maintenance, SD-WAN/iWAN, SDN / DNA, Cisco ISE.

 

5+ years of networking experience with verifiable hands-on experience on Cisco firewalls, routers, switches, data center network maintenance

CCIE,CCNP MCSE VCAP CISA CISSP NBU preferred

 

  • IT systems:

5+ years of IT/OT systems implementation project and/or maintenance and support

5+ years of Experience in programming of VS c#.net, etc., or implementation project experience in SAP (MM,PP,WM,EWM, etc.) or PAS-X

SAP PA certificate and implementation experience preferred

Database administration experience is preferred

  • IT/OT Compliance

5+ years of IT compliance about GXP IT service experience and computer system validation (CSV)

Understanding Good automation Manufactory practice (GAMP5)

  • Pharmaceutical industry and GMP related working experience preferred
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Team player whilst achieving challenging outcomes, successfully managing competing priorities
