Main Job Tasks :
- Owns calendar & schedule management, anticipates needs & effectively manages executive’s time; while meeting the needs of the customer & working across global time-zones.
- Plan, design, & execute virtual & moderate to large scale meetings/off-sites.
- Create, design, &/or edit presentations for meetings & events.
- Plan all internal meetings & events for the department; manage the agenda, logistics, presentations, coordinate output & actions, catering & off-site dinners.
- Prepare & submit expense reports on-behalf of management in compliance with NN policies.
- Monitor budgets for department by reconciling relevant expenses; contribute accurate information & projections for annual budgeting process.
- Manage & coordinate complex travel arrangements & itineraries while ensuring flights, accommodations, ground &/or rental transportation are reserved.
- Exercises excellent communication skills to represent the department; creates a routine newsletter to ensure departmental employees & high-level stakeholders/customers are well informed of statuses & activities.
- Performs a wide range of administrative duties highly confidential in nature.
- Data collection, analysis, trend reporting on KPI (infor…) or other activities, as assigned.
- Support the project team with project tasks as needed.
- Manage &/or track key deadlines & their associated statuses.
- Partner & collaborate closely with global colleagues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of equivalent experience.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Min 2 years' experience in expats service or related work.
- Excellent English capability both in speaking and writing.
- Independent, fast learning and willing to grow.
