Qualifications (minimum requirements) 任职资格

Education Background: 教育背景

  • 4-yr (BS) Degree                                 4年大学本科教育学士学位
  • Fluent in English                                      良好的英语听说书写能力

Professional Experience专业经验

  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to HR, or working in a similar position.                           至少3 年人力资源相关岗位工作经验。
  • Preference experience in employee activity, engagement, culture, change mgt, training.                          优先员工活动、员工敬业度、文化、变革管理、培训等相关领域经验
  • Project mgt experience preferred                     具备项目管理经验优先

Purpose of the Job 职位目标:

The P&O professional is responsible for employee activity, engagement, culture, change mgt activities etc.

人员与组织发展专员的职责是负责全厂活动的策划组织和执行,员工敬业度相关的流程和改进项目,文化活动的执行、变革管理等相关人力资源工作。

Engaging employee by establishing system to provide good working and organization environment, ensure HR process in comply with regulations.

为激励员工建立体系以提供良好的工作和组织氛围,确保人力资源流程运行的合规性。

 

Main Job Tasks 岗位职责:     

1.Responsible for plan, implement and continuously improve employee activities to create a engaged and caring working environment.

负责员工活动的年度计划、执行和持续改进,以确保天津厂有一个敬业且富有吸引力的工作环境

2.Lead site level big celebration events, e.g. annual party, family day, thanks day, special recognition events, etc.

负责工厂级别的大型庆祝活动,例如公司年会、家庭日、感谢日、特殊认可活动,等

3.Recogonition gift communication, purchase and distribution

认可礼物的沟通、采购和发放

4.Engagement process and improvement activities implementation

负责与员工敬业度相关的流程和活动的执行

5.Collaborate with Admin Union and EHS to organize activities

与行政、工会和EHS合作,举办员工敬业度相关的活动

6. HR Team communication coordination and channel mgt

HR团队相关的沟通内容协调以及沟通渠道管理

7. Support on change mgt and other HR process/project implementation

支持变革管理以及HR团队相关的流程及项目的执行

8. HR related report and data analyze

HR相关的数据和报告支持

9.Other HR operation tasks delegate by Line mgr

上级委派的其他人力资源运营相关任务

  • Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working

  • Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems
