Education Background: 教育背景

•      Bachelor degree major in mechanical and automation engineering, electrical or similar field.机械工程、自动化工程、电气工程或相关学科大专毕业或以上学历

•      Preferably project management professional training. 接受过PMP培训

•      Education or training in GMP and LEAN.  接受过GMP规则和LEAN相关培训

•      Excellent English skill in written and spoken. 熟练的英语听说读写技能。

 

Professional Experience专业经验:

•      More than 5-8 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical company and be familiar with cGMP regulation for automation and IT compliance. 5-8年以上制药行业相关经验并熟悉相关对于自动化系统以及计算机系统的符合性要求及GMP规范。

•      Automation knowledge in the following systems: Mechanical, Pharmaceutical Utilities, CU SCADA, HVAC, electricity and relevant FMS&BMS system; 具备机械工程,制药公用工程,CU SCADA,空调系统,电气系统以及制药环境监控系统和楼宇自控系统等相关自动化工程知识背景

•      In Depth knowledge on digital factory, support project to head to the digital utility in factory. 深入了解数字工厂技术,支持项目引入数字化公用设施系统。

•      Preferably pharmaceutical project execution experience. 拥有制药项目经验。

 

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Senior maintenance engineer is responsible for equipment automation of utility systems, CU SCADA, BMS,FMS and telecoms(door access and surveillance system). Closely collaborate with engineering company on design and control quality during construction. Act as SME of automation to ensure compliance and share knowledge/best practice to project.

高级维修工程师负责公用工程、CU SCADA、BMS、FMS的设备自动化及电讯(门禁和监控系统)。在设计上与工程公司紧密合作,并在施工阶段控制质量。作为自控领域的专家来确保项目的合规并为项目共享良好实践。

 

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:     

Be involved in project design phase:

设计阶段:

•      To ensure forefront technology be applied to AP expansion project to meet project high level strategy.

确保前沿技术应用在AP扩产项目中以满足项目的高层级策略。

•      Review design solution on automation part /telecoms (door access and surveillance) and provide comments with solid professional knowledge and ensure in accordance with NN standard and external regulations.

审核自动化/电讯(门禁和监控系统)设计方案,并基于专业知识给出评论并确保符合诺和诺德标准和外部规范。

•      Bring best practice application from the existing Utility/BMS/FMS control/monitoring system to AP expansion project.

将现有公用工程/BMS/FMS控制系统/监控系统中良好实践应用推广到AP扩产项目中。

•      Actively participate in project workshops especially for milestone deliverables.

积极参与项目研讨会,尤其是里程碑相关的交付物。

In construction phase:

施工阶段:

•      Follow up the progress and quality during construction of automation/telecoms (door access and surveillance) system.

在自动化系统/电讯系统(门禁和监控)施工过程中,跟进进度和质量。

•      Confirm and ensure the predefined scope/functions are realized.

确认并确保预先被定义的范围和功能被实现。

•      Ensure compliance validation and verification of equipment automation/telecomms system.

确保自动化/电讯系统的合规性验证和核实测试。

•      Drove problem solving/event response to problems happened in construction phase.

推动发生在施工阶段的问题解决及问题应对措施的实施。

•      Escalate automation related problems which are probably impact on project basis (timeline, schedule, cost).

对可能影响到项目基准(时间、进度、费用)的自动化相关问题进行上报。

Project management:

项目管理:

•      Closely cooperate with internal stakeholders for the interface clarification.

与内部相关方紧密合作确保界面清晰。

•      Manage construction suppliers/vendors for progress, scope, quality, etc.

在进度、范围、质量等方面对供应商进行管理。

•      Ensure provide report of work package performance to WPO/PM periodically.

确保定期向工作包负责人/项目经理提供工作包绩效报告。

Transition:

移交;

•      Ensure the high quality end-product transfer to operation department.

确保高质量的产品移交给运营部门。

•      Ensure sufficient training for operation team by supplier/vendor.

确保供应商给运营团队充分的培训。

•      Make sure all the technical document are collected and deliver to operation team.

确保所有技术文件均被收集并移交给运营团队。
