Qualifications (minimum requirements) 任职资格

Education Background: 教育背景

  • 4-yr (BS) Degree in business, English, organization, economy or other relevant fields.       工商管理、英语、经济及其他相关专业大学毕业   

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.                           优秀的中、英文沟通力

 

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience.             3年以上工作经验

Preferable experience in international organization.   有国际性公司的工作经验优先

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Department assistant is responsible for assisting entire department on administrative works.                         部门助理负责处理整个部门的行政性工作。

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

  • Plan and organize department management meeting, department meeting, seminars. Issue meeting minutes and action plan listing.                                                                             组织部门会议、管理会、研讨会等;记录会议纪要和行动计划。
  • Take the responsibility of EHS representatives as SOP 044249 and other NN/STJ procedure required.        根据SOP及其他公司相关流程的要求承担EHS代表的工作职责。
  • Take the responsibility to supporting department manager required by local laws and regulations.          协助部门经理处理法律法规要求的相关工作。
  • Monthly budget reporting to area Director.                                                            向总监回报月度预算执行情况。
  • Act as department liaison with internal and external customers.                                           作为本部门的工作联系人。
  • Support development of area Director’s performance board and KPI update.                               协助总监跟踪部门工作业绩执行情况,更新看板KPI数据信息。
  • Responsible for area Director’s assistant work.       承担总监的助理工作。
  • Monitor attendance information, do analysis and resolve problems.                                          跟踪部门考勤信息,进行数据分析,协助解决问题。
  • Support to organize team activities.                                                                         协助组织部门团队活动。

 Other individual assignments 其他工作任务:

  • Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working                                             将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中
  • Other work assigned by line manager.                                                                     直线经理安排的其他工作。
  • Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems                            保证将工作状态和所有问题准确通知到直线经理
