• 4-yr (BS) Degree or above in logistics, trade, economics, business or related field              物流、贸易、经济、商务等相关专业4 年本科学士学位或以上学历
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Professional Experience专业经验:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, import/export, business support or working in a similar position.                                               至少 5 年物流、进出口、商务支持或相关岗位工作经验。
• Previous experience in international company is preferable.                                             最好具有国际性公司的工作经验。

Job content工作内容描述

Purpose of the Job 职位目标:

1. Ensure Customs compliance at the 1st level place.
2. Company level Customs house in order, and take a proactive risk management approach.
3. Set up NN Site Tianjin Customs strategy, and lead Customs related projects.
4. Lead Customs audit defense.
5. To provide training to site LoB to ensure Customs compliance.
6. Importation & Exportation & Verification Operation.

Main Job Tasks 岗位职责:       

• Execute import and export activities, including but not limited to:                                           
  • Importation of components, insulin, chemical products, free goods and sample, packing materials, spare parts, equipment, etc.                                        

Exportation of finished products, components, packing materials, free goods samples, tray, etc.    

• • Document preparation for clearance.
  • Logbook input and archive.
  • Check the clearance fee and delivery fee with forwarder.                                            
  • Import and export license application according to import order 9 and order 4                      

• Execute verification activities, including but not limited to:
  • Upload the bonded imported materials, bonded exported finished products, bonded imported materials for domestic sales information to Customs processing trade system.                      
  • Check the BOM of bonded exported finished product and upload the information to Customs processing trade system.                                                                           
  • Add bonded new materials and finished goods to e-handbook.
  • Trace production record，sort out and summarize quantity of scraps and surplus materials.
    Stock count periodically and adjust e-handbook according to actual stock.                         
  • Duty and VAT (value added tax) payment.
  • Dealing with the destruction of the bonded API and insulin based on TFDA requirement.           

• Keeping up to date on customs and CIQ regulation.                                                         
• Maintain good relationship with Customs and local health authority, and responsible for business case discussion

• Drive AEO audit from customs perspective and fully support BS director who has the responsibility to ensure compliance in customs management and supervise the corrective action from audit findings.

• Drive / Support all kinds of audit related STJ business.

• Periodically transportation validation for insulin FG internal delivery.

• Export document management (EU opinion letter, manufacuturer’s authorization, etc.), to ensure legalization status and valid shelf life                                                                        

• ADOCS operation to apply for export document legalization                                                  

• IT system, such as SAP and DKD etc., handling and problem solving on shipping function.               

• Ensure no shut-down and supply shortage due to import and export execution issues whatever the reasons (except unpredictable factors).                                                          

• Cooperate daily work with planning, warehouse, purchasing, production and other related departments.    
• Cross-boundary communication and cooperation with HQ and other PS sites on functional routine work and important global projects on Logistics.                                                                      
• Document management.                                                                                    
• Work performance data analysis, KPI statistics.                                                             
• Provide training to back-up timely, and ensure the work can be carry out as normal and no issues during absence.
