  • Junior college major in water treatment, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical or other relevant fields.                                            水处理、化工工程、制药工程或相关专业领域大专学历
  • Basic command of written and reading English.      基本英语读写能力。 

Professional Experience专业经验:

 

  • Minim 3 years of experience in high purified water production. Experience with pharmaceutical water system is preferable.                                   至少3年纯水处理的工作经验;制药用水处理经验优先。
  • Minim 3 years of experience in water treatment system maintenance, operation and process improvement.     至少3年水系统设备运行、维护和工艺改进的相关经验。
  • Have knowledge in the following systems: mechanical, steam, water and process air system and distribution systems.                                              具有机械工程、蒸汽、水处理生产运行维护的知识背景和经验。
  • Experience with instrument is preferable.              最好具有仪表相关工作经验。

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Clean Utility technician is responsible for delivering stable and high quality water, steam, compressed air to insulin production in right amount, in expected quality and at expected time.

洁净设施技术员的职责是保证及时向胰岛素生产部门提供稳定的、高质量的注射用水、洁净蒸汽和压缩空气。

 

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

  • Stably operate all CU systems (CPW, WFI, CSG and process air) according to SOP.                         按照SOP的要求稳定地操作洁净设施系统(高纯水、注射用水、洁净蒸汽、压缩空气系统):
    • Participate in daily operational tasks and monitor all the systems.                                  执行日常操作任务和监控系统运行状况。
    • Handle alarm according to SOP.                                                                    遵循SOP要求处理系统报警。
    • Follow up form record and analysis.                                                                 记录和分析报警跟踪表。
    • Perform intensive communication and coordination with colleagues in other departments, especially in production.                                                                                      和其他部门良好的沟通和协作。
    • Problem analysis and solving.                                                                      分析和解决问题
    • Ensure focus on EHS in the daily work.                                                             日常工作中关注EHS工作。

 

  • Perform water equipment maintenance including instrument:                                                执行水处理设备维护以及仪表维护:
    • Use SAP-PM/MM module for maintenance.                                                          熟练操作SAP系统系统维护模块。
    • Do instrument calibration with metrology.                                                          与计量部门协作完成仪表校验。
    • Arrange PM according to SAP schedule.                                                             按照SAP系统维护计划执行设备检修工作。
    • Support engineer perform CM when equipment abnormal, trouble shooting for the equipment problem.                                                                                           当设备出现异常故障时,协助工程师进行故障分析和处理。

 

  • Perform tasks related to GMP requirement.                                                                 执行GMP要求相关工作任务:
    • Root cause analysis and failure investigations.                                                      根本原因分析和失败分析
    • Change request (CR) action and non-conformities (NC) action implementation.                     执行变动(CR)和不符合(NC)相关行动
    • Other documentation tasks.                                                                        其他GMP相关文件性工作

 

  • Perform continuously improvement for utility system.                                                       履行对动力系统持续改善的职责。

  • Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working                                             将诺和诺德之道(NNW)融入到日常工作中
  • Other work assigned by line manager.                                                                       直线经理安排的其他工作。
  • Keep line manager accurately informed of work status as well as any problems                              保证将工作状态和所有问题准确通知到直线经理
