Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

  • Drive the OCM agenda for APAC RSC in association with the APAC RSC expansion plan
  • Manage change activities across all projects
  • Being the single point of entry for all OCM in all global projects
  • Being the expert in terms of OCM and train APAC RSC staffs whenever needed
  • Optimization and standardization as cLEAN champion to continuously improve process and service delivery.
  • Act as project manager when needed

 

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

  • Drive the OCM agenda for APAC RSC in association with the APAC RSC expansion plan
    • Develop overall Change communication plan for APAC RSC expansion
    • Build change readiness of the targeted organisations through necessary communication, training and mobilisation activities
    • Engaging the targeted organisations in embracing and adopting the desired change
  • Manage change activities across all projects
    • Be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across projects
    • Build communication and training plans, create materials and execute on mobilisation and communication activities.
    • Be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring change impact and readiness assessments.
    • Develop and maintain the right communication channels according to targeted organization culture and habits
    • Be hands on for all communication materials making sure it reflect the right message and serve for the purpose
  • Being the single point of entry for all OCM in all global projects to ensure alignment
  • Being the expert in terms of OCM and train APAC RSC staffs whenever needed
  • Optimization and standardization as cLEAN champion to continuously improve process and service delivery.
    • Support management to identify improvement opportunities and solutions.
    • Discovery new opportunities for improvement and promote best practices in team.
    • Ensure the Lean methodologies are taught and continuously applied to business to business.
  • Act as project manager when needed
    • Ensure project accomplish according to time plan, quality, impact and cost objectives
    • Create & manage work plans & detailed project schedules
    • Demonstrated project leadership, collaboration across functions
    • Planning/organizing, managing execution & revising the work plan for cross functional project teams

Qualifications (minimum requirements) 任职资格

Education Background: 教育背景

  • BA/BS degree in Communication, Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent combination education and experience.
  • 沟通、人力资源、工商管理等相关本科及以上学历或经验。
  • Excellent in English.          
  • 流利的英语技能。

Professional Experience专业经验:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of successful change management/project experience across multiple & diverse business units

至少2-3年成功的变革管理和项目管理工作经验。

  • Minim 5-8 years of general HR experience in a large multinational company.                               至少5-8年大型外资企业整体HR工作经验。
  • Wider business understanding, and good strategic thinking.                                                  深入理解业务并具有战略性思维。
  • Preferably leadership experience.                      最好有管理经验。
  • Have been working in a global company is preferable.  最好有国际性公司的工作经验。
  • Change management skills.                            具备变革管理的能力。           
  • Strong stakeholder management skill and excellent training and facilitation skills.
