Education 教育背景

Tech secondary in engineering, major in electric or HVAC. 机电暖通专业中技以上学历

 

Professional experience 专业经验

3 – 5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferable

Black Utility operation experience will be appreciated.

At least 5 years Maintenance, operations and troubleshooting experience in black utility production and distribution system.

 

Purpose of the Job:

To implement main utility equipment operation, running, maintenance and overhauling according to SOP, including chiller, AHU, BMS, compressed air system, steam, pump station, heating and cooling equipment.

按照SOP的要求对主要动力设备进行操作、运行、维护和维修。

To work in shift work to perform the preventive maintenance for utility equipment according to preventive maintenance plan and in charge of rush repair in emergency case. .

按照倒班计划完成设备的预防性保养计划工作以及紧急维修工作。

To check the utility equipment running status, fill out the running records, report finding in time and keep the equipment in good work condition.

履行对动力设备进行点检,填写运行记录,掌握系统设备运行状况,发现问题及时汇报,保证设备处于良好的工作状态。

To perform continuously improvement for utility system.

履行对动力系统持续改善的职责。

To record and review the energy consumption daily, ensure the energy saving if possible.

每天记录,掌握设备耗能情况,在保证机电设备安全运行的前提下节省能源消耗。

To perform the utility equipment cleaning work.

履行对动力设备进行清洁管理的职责。

To supervise the outside suppliers.

履行对维修外包公司进行管理的职责。
