Novo Nordisk in Uzbekistan is a part of the cluster Central Asia and the Caucasus with the cluster hub in Almaty, which is a part of a fast-growing and developing region. The position

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join us for a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of the contract prolongation every year. Novo Nordisk is aimed at long cooperation with you.

As our Office Administrator, you are responsible for all office activities, including receiving calls, mails/e-mails, and guests.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively coordinate the work of different departments. As well as assisting in the organization of all details related to local and international events (select flight options, book tickets, visa support, hotels, etc).
  • Work with HR documentation handling hiring issues, business trip processing, etc.
  • Handle documentation related to different office activities: E-mail management, correspondence in Russian and English, distributing different materials, archiving, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, colleagues from other countries, travel agencies, and other utility companies.

 

Qualifications

You are driven, can take initiative, and are agile in your actions. Your personality is aligned with our Novo Nordisk way and you are fluent in both written and spoken English and Russian.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the external stakeholders. Experience working in an international environment will be an advantage.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the role of the Receptionist. You can work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
