Your New Role

As a Medical Advisor, you will actively contribute to shaping the medical strategy and scientific engagement for Novo Nordisk’s portfolio in Uzbekistan. You will ensure scientific excellence, drive impactful collaboration with healthcare professionals, and support improved patient outcomes in diabetes and metabolic care.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Establishing strong scientific relationships with HCPs, Key Opinion Leaders and medical societies. Providing credible, timely scientific information on marketed and future products
• Generating local insights that support medical strategy and improve patient care standards. Responding to unsolicited medical information requests in accordance with NN SOPs and compliance requirements
• Supporting cross-functional teams in product launches, promotional material review, and medical training. Organizing and participating in advisory boards, scientific events and professional congresses
• Identifying unmet medical needs and initiating medical projects including real-world evidence activities. Monitoring and navigating the evolving scientific landscape to enhance medical plans
• Ensuring timely reporting of quality and safety-related information in line with compliance standards. Acting as an ambassador for ethical business conduct and the NN Way of working

Your Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we require:
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Medicine or Pharmacology
• Clinical medical experience
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and therapy areas
• Strong ability to interpret scientific data and communicate effectively
• Confident user of MS Office and digital tools
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent English and local language skills
• High ethical standards, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong teamwork, professionalism and structured working approach
