Senior Medical Representative

The role will be based in Mures, Romania and will report directly to the Business Area Manager.

The Position

As a Senior Medical Representative you will be responsible to design, develop and implement the business plan for your geographical area to ensure company objectives are achieved. In addition, you will be responsible to measure, track, analyse and present key metrics: prescription depth and breadth planning, reporting and effort analysis. Moreover, you will be responsible to contribute to the national business plan by achieving targets through implementation of marketing and promotion strategies aimed at effectively presenting and promoting Novo Nordisk (NN) products to healthcare professionals.

Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

• Promote and sell our Diabetes products to healthcare providers, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to make informed decisions
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in the Diabetes and Rare Disease fields and provide feedback to internal teams to support product improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

As a Senior Medical Representative, you need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a focus on cardiovascular products. Moreover, you need to have a master’s degree in medical, Dental, Pharmacy, Life Science or any other relevant field.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
• Entrepreneurship mind set, you are strong influencer, exceptional team player, having strong selling, communication and presentation skills, knowledge of NN products and therapies knowledge
• Strong personal drive and dedication.
• Fluency in Romanian and English
