Your new role

As a Medical Representative, you will visit healthcare professionals, including general practitioners and specialists, to achieve predetermined objectives and exceed performance targets.

Your responsibilities will be:

 

  • Provide in-depth education to healthcare professionals about prescription drugs, ensuring a high level of scientific engagement.
  • Organise and lead educational seminars for healthcare professionals, delivering presentations about the company and its product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions.
  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance tasks in line with all relevant regulatory frameworks and requirements.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Higher education, preferably in pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, or natural sciences.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in medical or commercial roles.
  • Good relationship with regional target customers (healthcare professionals, GPs, specialists, nurses, pharmacists, etc.)
  • Ability to independently plan, prioritise, and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Estonian.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Valid Category B driver’s licence.sh.
