Your New Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities across obesity and metabolic care. You will lead strategic initiatives that elevate our market presence, foster strong partnerships, and support improved patient outcomes. You will act as a key driver of large-scale projects—including digital innovation and cross-sector collaborations—that contribute to long-term business success.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals, hospitals and private clinics, government institutions, pharmacies, and other relevant partners to build a comprehensive ecosystem for obesity care. Your role requires strong analytical capability, a commercial mindset, and the ability to convert insights into actionable initiatives that support our mission.
Your Main Accountabilities Will Be To:
- Drive identification and implementation of strategic commercial opportunities supporting business growth in Estonia. Lead key business development and innovation projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable impact.
- Develop partnerships with external stakeholders, negotiating and co-creating solutions that support access to obesity care.
- Strengthen collaboration across internal teams (marketing, sales, medical, digital) to deliver cohesive and effective initiatives.
- Act as a co-owner of disease awareness initiatives to improve understanding of obesity as a chronic condition and empower patients to take action.
- Apply market trends, analytics, and digital solutions to enhance patient engagement strategies and health awareness.
- Be responsible for creating public awareness campaigns.
The position will be based in Tallinn, Estonia, reporting directly to the General Manager Estonia. The role is maternity cover for 1,5 years

Your Skills & Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, Life sciences or a related field, and bring 5+ years of experience in business development, patient engagement, or marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. Experience within non-reimbursed products, retail, pharmacies or FMCG is an advantage. You are fluent in Estonian and have a working command of English.
