Key activities

  • Conduct monthly expense reviews to ensure compliance with tax and business ethics, as well as cross-company posting.
  • Prepare documentation for Transfer Pricing (TP) and coordinate one-time adjustment processes, as well as handle Withholding tax declarations.
  • Manage local tax return filing reports and statutory report preparation, in coordination with internal and external auditors.
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Oversee voucher processing and the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide training and consultancy to stakeholders on accounting, financing, and internal control practices.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools to generate visualization reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budget controlling, and planning.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and conduct associated analyses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience in an accounting firm and industry, preferably as an auditor or accountant.
  • Proficiency in Taiwan tax law, ROC GAAP, EAS, IFRS, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with experience in Business Intelligence tools for visualization reports. Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated and energetic team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • TOEIC score of 650 or above.
