Sr Health Value Communication Specialist

Strengthen how metabolic health is communicated and understood across key stakeholders in Taiwan.

As Communication Specialist, you will support the development and execution of integrated communication initiatives that enhance disease awareness and reinforce Novo Nordisk’s presence in Taiwan’s obesity, metabolic and rare disease health landscape. You will play a key role in translating scientific information into clear, engaging, and compliant narratives, while contributing to cross-functional communication efforts.

Responsibilities

• Drive disease awareness and share of voice through integrated content development and multi-channel execution across earned and owned platforms
• Develop and localize disease education and communication materials, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and compliance requirements
• Support high-impact communication initiatives such as press events and clinical/scientific data communication, including content development and execution coordination
• Translate complex medical and scientific information into accessible narratives, enabling effective communication to media and broader audiences
• Monitor media coverage, campaign performance, and emerging issues, generating actionable insights and supporting cross-functional communication alignment

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, with exposure to media and external communications
• Strong writing and content development capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, and compliant messages
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, with solid coordination skills and ability to work with medical, marketing, and public affairs teams
• Strong attention to detail and execution excellence, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
