The position
As a Sales Force Effectiveness and Training Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Analyse sales force performance and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement targeting and customer segmentation strategies.
- Design and manage incentive plans to motivate the sales team.
- Optimize field force sizing and territory allocation.
- Drive adoption of CRM tools and practices used by sales team.
- Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following qualifications to the table:
- Proven experience in sales force effectiveness and training.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance analysis to measure performance and develop actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM tools and driving CRM adoption.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English is a prerequisite.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
