The position

  • Strategic Leadership & Brand Development                                              

Lead the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy for obesity product portfolio across all stages of the patient journey: Awareness, Activation, Initiation, and Adherence

Translate market insights, competitive intelligence, and patient behavior data into actionable strategic plans

• Drive brand positioning, campaign planning, and omnichannel content delivery to support long-term brand growth

 

  • Patient-Centric Engagement

• Design and lead disease awareness and behavior change initiatives that address stigma and misconceptions about obesity

• Develop  patient strategies including self-assessment tools, CRM engagement, and online-to-offline (O2O) conversion mechanisms

• Collaborate with medical, public affairs, and external stakeholders (e.g., patient groups, socie-ties, government) to shape the obesity care ecosystem

 

  • Digital Innovation & Execution

• Lead digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, influencer part-nerships

• Apply data-driven marketing approaches to enhance reach, personalization, and ROI measure-ment

• Champion innovation and continuously explore emerging channels and formats relevant to the Taiwanese patient population

 

  • Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product and assistant managers to ensure strong exe-cutional excellence and talent pipeline

• Foster a high-performance culture with clear goal-setting, feedback, and coaching

• Partner with regional/global teams to leverage best practices and cross-market learnings

 

  • Performance Management & Compliance

• Oversee marketing budget allocation, tracking, and optimization

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

• Monitor KPIs such as brand equity, patient engagement, prescription growth, and adherence metrics.

• Collaborate with FF to ensure execution excellence of key initiatives

 

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field

•Master of Science or MBA will be a plus

•Fluent in Mandarin/English communication

•Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role

•Proven success in consumer-facing campaign management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or digital health

•Deep understanding of the Taiwan digital and patient landscape, with ability to tailor strategies to local insights

•Experience with omnichannel marketing tools, patient analytics, and agency/vendor management

•Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
