We are seeking a Marketing Specialist that will thrive a patient-centric dynamic environment with digital transformation mindset. The ideal candidate can create, execute, and manage online/ offline adherence programs across multiple channels. He/she will report to Obesity Marketing Manager.



  1. Strategize and execute on a well-designed annual plan to improve medical adherence for patients.
  2. Bridge continuous and proactive dialogues among HCPs and patients through multichannel (online and offline) engagement.
  3. Create digital solutions, online and offline patient materials to educate how obesity is a disease that requires long term management, and where trained HCPs are crucial to help patients.
  4. Cooperate with medical societies to develop curriculums to educate HCPs the importance and methods to improve adherence for better patient outcome.
  5. Run seminars, round table discussions, share better practices/ experience/ engagements to raise more attention and facilitate expert opinions to better patient compliance.
  6. Develop necessary, impactful and innovative patient support, educational materials and tactics to enable HCPs and patients’ continuous dialogue.   



Qualifications (minimum requirements):

  • Bachelor of Science degree or above, with major in Pharmacy or Business Management
  • Fluency in Mandarin & English
  • 1+ year experience in pharmaceutical/ medical device/consumer healthcare industry, in the areas of obesity marketing or sales
  • Experience in out-of-pocket marketing & digital marketing of pharmaceutical/ medical device/ consumer healthcare brands in hospitals/ GPs/ drugstores is a must
  • Experience in obesity therapeutic area or other consumer brands that require patient activation and engagement is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in patient activation, disease awareness campaigns towards patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) is essential
  • Experience in collaboration with MCE and digital solutions in marketing department
  • Strong performance track record and a proven innovative person with strategic thinking, also operationally strong to execute tactical plan and actions
