Healthcare Consumer Campaign Manager

Key areas of responsibility
- Initiate and manage creative marketing campaigns from end to end.
- Suggest and define media and marketing KPI to measure the success of marketing campaigns, which reflects the business and brand’s needs.
- Be the consumer insights champion of the team to leverage resources including but not limiting to market research, media measurement tools, and search trend to uncover health care consumers’ insights. Translate the insights into communication strategy and put them into campaigns that deliver marketing goals.
- Manage the disease awareness online presence. Ensure seamless experience of the consumer journey. Closely work with social manager to amplify the brand’s image and cultivate a healthy brand perception.
- Work closely with HCP marketing team’s PM to understand the scientific facts of the products. Act as the consumer facing product manager to define the brand’s unique proposition, differentiation, and messaging structure.
Criteria & qualifications
- Experience and background: 10 years in marketing in direct-to-consumer industries. Experienced in managing creative marketing campaigns and working with creative and advertising agencies independently.
- Data driven mindset: Able to quantify marketing contributions and articulate to stakeholders.
- Media purchase experience: Strong comprehension and hands on experience on media purchase. Familiarity with media buy ecosystem and working with media agencies.
- Story telling: Experienced in presenting and communicating with senior leaders in English. Able to articulate marketing concepts and creative ideas to non-marketing background stakeholders.
- Consumer mindset: Always curious about how consumers think of the brand and the product. Experienced in conducting research to discover consumer insights and test out assumptions.
- Entrepreneurship: Problem-solving mindset. Willing to find outside-of-the-box solutions to deliver results.
- Project and agency management: experienced in managing media and advertising agencies to ensure the timely delivery of high quality creative materials and media executions.
