Clinic National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Clinic sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Clinic sales team and KAM team to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Monitor Clinic market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify new business opportunities and outperform the competition.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key customers, including clinics, wholesaler, pharmacies and other healthcare institutions.
  • Gain customer feedback, and provide inputs to Marketing and Medical for the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical and Supply chain to increase disease awareness and ensure timely product availability

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medical related and above degree of Bachelor.
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a role for sales management and developing sales strategy, including Clinic(GP) market experience at least 5 years
  • At least 5 years people management experience, preferable with MNC to demonstrate the ability to motivate, transform and develop the team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the pharmaceutical industry and good KOLs relationships
  • Proven track record to be able to make courageous choices, demonstrate customer obsession and unleash energy in the team
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Good command of speaking and writing in English (TOICE>=700)
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish relationship with key opinion/decision makers
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
  • Self-motivated, a strong team player, and be able to work under pressure with good coordination skills
