The position

  • Manage supply chain operations efficiently

Conduct monthly supply update to help stakeholders understand the current state of product supply.

Make informed decisions and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruption.

Manage product launch and phase-out with strategic planning and execution.

 

  • Oversee import processes and logistics

Supervise the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth import operations.
Maintain accurate records of import transactions and documentation.

 

  • Inventory Management

Monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent shortage or overstock situations and ensuring product availability.

Inventory reconciliation to find and correct inconsistencies.

Sample and return handling.

Conduct annual stock count and destruction process.

 

  • Support Ad-hoc projects
    Supporting unexpected local/regional project needs.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating seamless supply chain processes.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
  • Capable of adapting to changing market conditions and business needs, demonstrating flexibility in adjusting supply chain strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Familiar with SAP and Power BI will be a plus**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English**
