Key responsibilities and job tasks:


1. New product launch
• Lead launch-related tasks, launch program planning and executing, engage stakeholders and coordinate resources.

2. Obesity team setup and supporting
• Develop target list & call report solution, identify key customers, develop engagement plan, support disease/product training, develop promotion materials.

3. Company finance goal realization
• Initiate, execute and review brand plan, and cooperate with sales team to achieve sales target.
• Initiate and review promotion budget and ensure that promotion expenses are within the budgeted allocation.

4. Marketing team objective realization
• Contact window for IQVIA. The coordinator of internal IQVIA data analysis needs templates and timeline.
• PDI date coordination with marketing and finance team
• Provide insight and input to marketing campaign/program/tactics

5. Give any supports which may be required from other departments, Region China, and affiliates.


Minimum qualifications:
• BS Degree or above, major in life science/pharmacy/medicine is a plus.
• TOEIC scores >=800
• At least 3 years experiences working in sales/marketing/medical departments
• Experiences in product management and marketing strategies development
• Experience in medicinal self-pay market is a must (preferably several different brands, both of chronic care and consumer brand nature).
• Experience with weight management medication is a plus.
• Experience in all channels: GP, medical aesthetical centers, hospitals, drugs stores is preferred.

Preferred qualifications:
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt. skills.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to an underdeveloped anti-obesity medication market.
• Ambitious, energetic and have a can do attitude.
• Strategic and analytical capabilities and have a flair with numbers.
• Ability to interact with HCPs of multiple disciplines: Family medicines, Endos, Meta, Bariatric Surgeons, Gynaecologists, Gastroenterologists, Bariatric surgeons, Pharmacists, Dieticians, etc.
• Interactions with various different medical associations, industry partners as well as agency partners.
