The position

  • New product launch

Co-lead launch related tasks, launch program planning and executing, engage stakeholders and coordinate resources

  • Obesity team setup and supporting

Help to optimize target list & call report solution, identify key customer, develop engagement plan, support disease/product training, develop promotion materials for the designated TA

  • Patient activation

Lead the development and implementation of patient associated campaigns to drive disease awareness against obesity and the follow up actions

Conduct market research to identify patient needs, preferences, and barriers to treatment, utilizing insights to inform campaign strategies.

Monitor and analyze the performance of patient-focused marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on feedback and results to optimize effectiveness

  • Marketing team objective realization

Assist in developing and executing the marketing strategy for Obesity BU

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and enabling functions, to ensure alignment on brand positioning and messaging for the designated TA

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Master of Science or MBA will be a plus
  • Fluent in Mandarin/English communication
  • At least 3 year experience working in sales/marketing function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Experience with self-pay product promotion
  • Experience across different channels: HP, GP and/or AC
  • Experience working with CFT and external stakeholders
  • Team player
  • Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt. skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Agile mindset and adapt to changes swiftly
  • Ambitious, energetic and have a can do attitude
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
