Key job tasks

The (Sr.) Product Manager will primarily focus on Insulin intensification including launch preparation for a new generation insulin, as well as lead strategic projects across brands.

  • Marketing responsible for Insulin intensification-related products, including Premix & Bolus insulin.
  • Develop marketing strategies for Premix Insulin, working closely with the Sales team to ensure a state of art life cycle management.
  • Lead the cross-functional team in preparation for a new insulin product launch, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies and activity execution.
  • Develop and execute the business plan and strategy for Bolus Insulin.
  • Drive development and execution on channel specific strategies and lead projects across portfolio.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in pharmacy or business management is a plus.
  • At least 3+ years marketing experience with good track record in pharma/or healthcare industry. Preferably worked in both sales and product management before/currently.
  • With diabetes product management or new product launch experience is a plus.
  • High learning agility, good communication skills, resilient, result-oriented, well-disciplined, could work independently and under pressure.
  • Solid analytical and interpersonal skills. Have a flair with numbers and is a team player who knows how to collaborate across a complex environment and lead by influence.
