The position
Selling price management
NHI price set up
ARP calculation of promotional campaign
Back-order management
Support sales department on customer service related query.
Communicate with distributors and sales department regarding the price, tenders, special sales conditions.
Coordinate crossfunctionally with marketing, sales and Quality Affairs and Regulatory
Affairs departments to execute projects
Support system enhancement and simplicity such as new customer creation, price creation and etc..
Reconcile the inventory and conduct month-end closing procedure of revenue and cost.
Other global/regional initiatives or projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years of CS&Logistics experience in MNC, specified in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (TOEIC>=650)
Analytical and logical thinking, capability for data and root cause analysis to perform appropriate actions.
Self-initiated with flexibility and can work well under pressure of multiple/concurrent and tight deadlines.
A team player with good interpersonal skill.
