Key job tasks
- Develop and drive a multichannel engagement (MCE) strategy and roadmap to deliver superior customer engagements.
- Support execution of key MCE projects in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams.
- Measure MCE performance and impact to improve customer understanding.
- Develop insights on customer preferences and generate ideas/projects to improve customer engagements.
Qualifications
Need to have:
- Proven experience in project/program management, particularly in commercial project management.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Expertise in financial management and risk assessment.
- Ability to plan, organise, and control resources, procedures, and timing for business processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and develop actionable insights.
Nice to have:
- Experience in sales force effectiveness and training.
- Knowledge in business intelligence and strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
