Key activities

  • Handle full spectrum of accounting role, e.g. AR, AP, GL
  • Develop and ensure internal controls for key processes and policies are implemented as Corporate requirements and/or SOP and regulations
  • Ensure timely and smooth monthly and yearly closing process and submission of both IFRS and local statutory reporting with good quality in due time
  • Tax filing (income tax, withholding tax etc.) and sound knowledge of Transfer Pricing along with one-time adjustment mechanism.
  • Controlling e.g. expenses within budget
  • Cash management
  • Project management of global projects and/or local initiatives
  • Team management and people development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or finance related field.
  • 5 years experience in Accounting or finance role with hands-on and diverse experiences (At least 2 years in big 4 accounting firms)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel test)
  • People agility: Collaboration cross-functionally, Communication
  • Digital agility: Proven development experience in PowerBI (Presentation)
  • Experience and concept of KPI/OKR management
  • Logical thinking, data-driven approach to work out root cause analysis for systematic problem solving and actions.
  • Project management of global projects and/or local initiatives
