Data, Digital & IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The DD&IT role is pivotal in ensuring data governance, technological innovation, and operational efficiency across the organization. The role involves managing data quality, security, and compliance while driving cross-functional projects for actionable insights and adopting cutting-edge data technologies. It also includes leading digital transformation initiatives by optimizing infrastructure, implementing modern systems, and managing IT workflows to enhance process efficiency. Collaborating across functions, the role supports strategic decisions by integrating data, streamlining operations, and empowering analytics for organizational growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Management (40%):
· Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all departments.
· Lead cross-functional data analysis projects to drive organization-wide insights and innovation.
· Continually evaluate and adopt new data technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Finance:
- Develop dashboards to visualize budget performance and financial KPIs to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance teams to enhance data accuracy and consistency across various financial systems
Customer Engagement:
- Create and maintain a centralized customer data repository to enhance data accessibility and integrity.
- Support launch of digital tools and systems and ensure seamless integration with existing systems to enhance data flow and accessibility.
Commercial:
- Devise data strategies that support commercial operations, ensuring seamless data flow across sales and supply chains.
- Integrate CRM and sales data for comprehensive business insights.
Marketing:
- Create visual reports to measure marketing campaign performance.
- Analyze consumer behavior trends to guide marketing strategies and digital outreach efforts.
People & Organization:
- Implement data management systems to improve P&O data reporting and workforce analytics.
- Develop visual tools to monitor employee performance, engagement, and retention metrics.
Digital (30%):
· Lead digital infrastructure strategy (e.g. systems, platforms, software), roadmap, and transformation aligned with the company’s strategic goals
· Manage and execute project management and digital transformation initiatives
Information Technology (30%):
· Identify and implement systems that drive process efficiency and automation
· Explore latest advancements in technology and digital trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation and optimize existing systems
Data, Digital and IT:
· Analyze and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
· Collaborate with various departments to understand their data, digital and IT needs and provide effective solutions
Qualifications:
Education:
- Preferably with Master’s Degree (Business Administration/Finance/Data Analytics)
Experience:
- Preferably 2 years in a quantitative field
- Experience in using digital platforms and software solutions, including but not limited to:
- Data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Data Management System (SQL)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
