The role will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

 

The position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement brand strategy and tactical plans to meet business unit targets and objectives, as well as prepare and manage budgets, ensuring product promotional spend aligns with financial goals.
  • Shape brand messaging and materials, providing strategic input on sales force training.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, gathering competitive intelligence for strategic recommendations. The role will also conduct performance tracking, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and overall strategy, and build relationships with key external stakeholders, including KOLs and HCPs.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry codes of conduct.

 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, health, or a science-related area.
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing., with a proven track record with significant experience in product management, including product launch or major repositioning.
  • Solid project management skills to manage agencies, budgets, and execute plans. Must also have strong understanding of marketing processes and experience in implementing digital campaigns.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, and must possess the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and work effectively as part of a team.
