Your new role

As a Senior Supply & Demand Analyst, you will:

  • Manage the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process for selected portfolios, ensuring meetings, measures, and minutes are completed on time and in full.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and inventory management for allocated portfolios to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with business and customer reporting requirements.
  • Oversee delivery performance and ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer needs, considering lead times, demand, and shelf life.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, upholding Novo Nordisk’s values and integrity.
  • Develop analytical tools to review and improve processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for allocated product portfolios, supporting the Supply Chain Manager and contributing to projects, and ensure all transactions in Novo Nordisk information systems are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

You will be part of our Supply Chain team in Australia, working within the Oceania region. Our team is in charge for ensuring seamless product flow from suppliers to customers, managing inventory, and supporting our strategic business objectives. Your skills & qualifications 
We’re looking for a new Senior Supply & Demand Analyst who will value working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • A university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing tools for process improvement, including Lean/6 Sigma qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
  • APICS certification and demonstrated experience in the medical industry.
  • Ability to apply technical qualifications and industry experience to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
