About the department
You will join Novo Nordisk Oceania's growing Market Access team, which has responsibilities across Australia and New Zealand. You will report directly to the Head of Market Access in our impressive North Sydney office. The position
As a Senior Market Access Manager for Product Pipeline, you will:

• Identify and evaluate fit-for-market opportunities for Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop strategies and manage high-quality reimbursement submissions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage communication within the team and across the country.
• Deliver feasibility assessments and specific reimbursement and pricing strategies.
• Support internal processes and contribute to business cases for commercialisation of Novo Nordisk products.

Qualifications

• A degree qualification in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, or Health Economics. A A postgraduate qualification in health economics, medical science, statistics, public health, epidemiology, public policy, or marketing is desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in a Market Access role within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in PBS (Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme) pricing and policy.
• Strong project management skills and excellent oral and written English. Preferably with strong Influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
