The position
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional strategic projects across the commercial portfolio.  Anchored in the Customer Engagement Team you will work closely with a high performing team driven towards delivering actionable insights, a superior customer experience and innovation through technological advances.  You will also work cross-functionally with many other departments and stakeholders in the company including sales, medical, marketing, finance and others. Other role expectations include:

• Lead strategic projects - from inception to delivery within the commercial portfolio.
• Define project scope, objectives, and detailed plans while managing risks and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Lead the delivery of the Customer Engagement Roadmap in NN Oceania for a best-in-class experience by 2030.
• Support commercial decision-making with data-driven insights and innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in project management, including roles in management consulting or commercial positions. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills with sound understanding and experience in commercial analytics.
• High proficiency in English (oral and written) and MS Office.
• Experience with AI and other innovative digital tools is desirable.
