About the department
The Business Insights team at Novo Nordisk Oceania is a dynamic and collaborative group focused on driving business growth and making a positive impact on patient lives. Our team is part of a global healthcare company with a 100-year legacy of driving change to defeat serious chronic diseases. We work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued. 

 

The position
As a Business Insights Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, consulting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of analysts with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia.
