About the department
Novo Nordisk Oceania is a high-performing affiliate within a mature pharma market environment. We are proud of our Danish heritage and have a strong and supportive culture that is driven to improve lives through outstanding performance. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Engagement team, reporting to the Director. Together, we work towards our mission of defeating serious chronic diseases and making a positive impact on patient lives.


The position
This role will provide business information including insights, through research and analyses, which support environment and performance monitoring, business planning and decision-making processes for the organization.

  • Support business planning by building scenario forecasts for internal budget processes (Annual Budget (AB) / Rolling Estimate (RE)).
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of new launch opportunities through business cases and leverage various data sources to provide obtainable insights and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define and track metrics and KPIs to support business objectives.
  • Manage local data set up for monthly performance reporting and drive usage of Market insights application.
  • Collaborate with Senior Business Analyst and Global Business Services (GBS) offshore colleagues to drive insights and reporting for Oceania.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analyst roles are required, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia.
