The Biopharm Sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly motivated people and in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders. The position

As Executive Product Specialist Biopharm Surabaya, you are the front line interface with healthcare professionals to discuss benefits and features of Novo Nordisk’s products. You have a designated territory to be responsible for and accountable for financial and non-financial targets of your responsible territory. You are given autonomy to conduct territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your Manager, and implement the agreed action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function effectively to drive overall financial and non-financial performance of your responsible territory.

You are accountable to maintain up-to-date information on customers and competitive landscape, and report all the information into the company’s system on time. You are required to actively take part in exhibitions, symposiums and congresses, as needed, in order to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals, and to strengthen customer’s relationship.

 

Qualifications

You hold a minimum Bachelor degree in science (preferable medical or pharmacy)  and having strong interest in Sales Process. You have minimum 2 years of experiences in chronic or specialist disease (preferably in Growth Hormone or Haematology)  in Paediatric Endocrinologist and experienced in East Indonesia (Surabaya, Makassar, Manado & Bali) areas.

Report directly to Senior Regional Sales Manager you should be working with minimum supervision, and can build mutualism relationship by product and benefit basis. You also have high degree of self-driven with a desire to influence and understand how to communicate products to the stakeholders
