The Position

We are looking for a talented student with an interest in digital marketing who is keen to gain experience from working in a leading global company in the pharmaceutical industry. The position offers great opportunities for functional and personal development as well as getting experience from a company dedicated to improving patient care in Sweden.

 

For this role you need to be based in Sweden. It is a part-time opportunity where you can work from both office and home, approximately 2 full days per week, during normal working hours, with possibility for more during peak periods. The position offers a high level of flexibility such that your work can be planned according to your study schedule.

 

Your main tasks will focus on digital marketing operational activities, such as:

 

  • Supporting the Customer Excellence team members ensuring smooth, high quality educational events, including producing materials, e.g., invitations and technical assistance
  • Acting as the main Point of Contact for tagging content, campaigns & ON24 events including administrative tasks
  • Creating/producing communication related to educational events with internal key stakeholder & agency
  • Being the support for Figma changes/updates and re-designs
  • Being in charge of ongoing edits in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and in our digital ecosystem including SEO optimizations

 

Other relevant responsibilities could include providing support for Veeva PromoMats material for Portal+, consent registrations in SalesForce as well as Content Calendar & execution of the Social Media communication plan or other ad hoc tasks, depending on the ongoing projects.

 

Qualifications

We are searching for a creative thinker with a positive, proactive and self-driven mindset who has keen interest in Omnichannel marketing who would like to spread their wings in digital marketing in a global pharmaceutical industry

We expect our candidates to meet the following criteria:

 

  • Currently studying at a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with a minimum of 2 years of studies left.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of traditional and non-traditional consumer marketing channels including print, online, broadcast, and social media.
  • General/good knowledge of frontend design and production.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in digital marketing and production.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (preferably AEM).
  • Experience with SEO/SEM optimisation.
