Your impact begins here
As Senior Business Coordination Manager, you will lead the team that keeps Novo Sweden running smoothly. What you’ll bring
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You enjoy building relationships, creating structure in a dynamic environment and delivering impact through people and processes. You will also bring:
-
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
-
6+ years of relevant experience in business operations, project management, administration, consulting or a similar role.
-
Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
-
Strong project management skills and experience driving process improvement and operational excellence.
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including partnering with senior leaders.
-
A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate complexity, make decisions and follow through on results.
-
Fluency in Swedish and English
Useful, but not essential:
-
Experience with customer service operations, event management, or security, compliance and governance activities.
What you’ll do
You will bring people leadership, project management and business support together to make the affiliate work better – today and as the business evolves. You will:
-
Lead, coach and develop the Business Coordination team, setting clear priorities and raising the bar on performance.
-
Drive cross-functional projects and affiliate-wide initiatives from plan to delivery.
-
Oversee customer service operations and continuously improve the experience customers have with Novo Sweden.
-
Lead operational excellence and process improvement across the organisation, simplifying how work gets done.
-
Manage key business support areas, including office operations, internal and external events, the webshop and printing processes.
-
Partner with senior leaders to execute strategic priorities, and act as Local Security Champion, supporting compliance and governance activities.
Who you’ll work with
You will lead the Business Coordination team at Novo Sweden, part of International Operations, where colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. You will report to the Director, People & Organisation & Business Coordination.
Your closest partners will be the affiliate’s senior leaders and stakeholders across functions. Because your team supports the whole organisation, you will work with colleagues at every level – bringing clarity when priorities compete, speaking up when things stall and helping projects move forward at pace.
What you can expect here
This is a role where you can shape how we work. You will lead meaningful initiatives, make your voice heard and be trusted to take ownership of results. As a people leader, you will help your team grow, perform and thrive – and grow yourself through new experiences, on-the-job learning and relevant learning offerings.
You will join a collaborative and ambitious environment where we care for each other, give honest feedback and never compromise on quality or ethics.
