Seize the oppor-tunity to become our new Key Account Specialist Pharmacies. This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and reporting to Cardiometabolic Sales Director Novo Nordisk Bulgaria.
Your new role
As a Key Account Specialist Pharmacies, you will be responsible to build strong, long-term part-nerships with pharmacy stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ad-dressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Moreover, you will be responsible for identify-ing opportunities to increase product sales and meet or exceed revenue goals and conducting regular account reviews to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Your Main Accountabilities will be to:
- Execute tailored sales plans and promotional campaigns to maximise product visibility and uptake and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives and compliance with company policies
- Analyse market data to identify emerging trends and potential challenges and provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Deliver training sessions to ensure pharmacy teams are knowledgeable about product features and benefits
- Offer ongoing support to address technical or product-related questions
- Work closely with marketing, medical, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless cus-tomer experience and share customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements
The role will be based in Sofia, Bulgaria and will report directly to the Cardiometabolic Sales Di-rector Novo Nordisk Bulgaria.

Your skills & qualifications
As a Key Account Specialist Pharmacies, you are expected to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Busi-ness, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on out-of-pocket sales. You have intermediate command of written and spoken English and fluent Bulgar-ian. Further sought-after skills are:
- Proven track record of managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and demonstrating entrepreneurial skills.
- Familiarity with pharmacy sales, an understanding of healthcare market dynamics, and a demonstrated innovative mindset.
- Strong project management abilities to effectively oversee and execute sales initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
As a person, you are customer centric with business and preferably industry understanding, team player, innovative in a rapidly changing environment.
