Your new role
As a Clinical Trial Administrator, you'll be the operational backbone of our clinical trials, ensuring seamless execution from start-up through close-out. You'll coordinate across teams, manage critical documentation, and maintain the quality standards that keep our trials inspection-ready and compliant.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across all clinical trial phases, ensuring smooth execution and regulatory compliance
- Setting up and maintaining electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) and Investigator Site Files (ISF), ensuring timely document approval, filing, and archiving
- Coordinating clinical supply and equipment activities, including ordering, import processes, inventory tracking, and destruction
- Supporting regulatory submissions by collecting, preparing, translating, and submitting documentation to Regulatory Authorities and Ethics Committees
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and trial sites to maintain high-quality trial delivery
- Coordinating local study team meetings, managing logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
- Supporting inspection readiness and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trial processes

Within International Operations, our Clinical Development Centers (CDCs) play a vital role in executing clinical trials that bring innovative treatments to patients. Based in Bulgaria, you'll be part of a dynamic team supporting trials across multiple therapeutic areas, working closely with global colleagues and local stakeholders to ensure trials are delivered on time, to quality, and in full compliance with international standards.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) is strongly preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and ethical considerations
- Expertise in managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders, with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficient in using Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and digital tools to manage study documentation and track activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new digital tools and methodologies in a changing clinical trial environment

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 21,640 – 36,780 EUR corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
