The Position
The People and Organisation Manager is responsible for:
- Developing and implementing HR local strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, utilising internal company resources as well as looking for external inspiration
- Implementing, aligning, and supporting the executions of HR practices, processes and structures to supporting the overall unit business performance
- Driving the implementation of Global HR policies and practices in the Balkan cluster.
- Ensuring that all administrative employment processes (including OHS) are delivered with good quality and in line with local legislation
Qualifications
- University Degree (preferably in Psychology, HR, Human science or related). Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5- 6 years of experience in area of human resources including broad knowledge of all HR disciplines, profound coaching, facilitation and change management skills
- Ability to understand the implication of business challenges and related strategies for the organisation and translate it into HR focus areas and initiatives
- Willing to travel to the countries from the cluster 50-60% of travel
- Advanced in English, North Macedonian preferred

The candidate shall be based in Skopje, North Macedonia, but we are open to consider the applicants from all countries (North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania and Moldova).
About the Department
You will be part of the Balkan Cluster, reporting directly to the General Manager of South Balkan Cluster within Business Area East. As the sole People and Organisation Manager you will manage HR operations across North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania and Moldova. While you will work independently within the cluster, you will collaborate closely with other People and Organisation Managers from other countries, fostering a supportive and innovative network. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape HR strategies in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
