About the department
We are excited to announce the establishment of a new Corporate Affairs function. This new unit will bring together the Executive Office, Strategy, Data and Insights, and our externally facing corporate functions, including Communications, Media, and Sustainability. By integrating these key areas, we aim to enhance our strategic alignment and ensure a cohesive approach to our corporate initiatives. You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with a diverse and talented team. This role reports to Head of Corporate Affairs.

 

The position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives aligned with the regional strategy.
  • Lead relevant regional projects in close collaboration with cross-functional teams: setting project schedules and clear milestones, overseeing project budgets, monitoring progress toward strategic goals, and assessing and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gather insights, secure buy-in, and facilitate execution.
  • Provide executive support to regional SVP, including preparation of various analyses and presentations for management meetings, affiliate visits, business updates and business review meetings

 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • A track record of effectively managing projects with attention to detail, process, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent planning skills with a high degree of independence, including the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Strong strategic, reasoning, and analytical skills, along with strong people skills, engagement, and authenticity.
