You will be part of the Digital, Customer Engagement (CE) & Capabilities team in the APAC Region. Our department is dedicated to driving digital excellence and innovation across the region. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Digital, Customer Engagement, and Capabilities.
The position
As a Senior Manager Digital Marketing at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Lead the establishment and management of a Regional Center of Excellence for digital media, including Digital Marketing strategy and campaigns, aligning with overarching business objectives. You will also collaborate with global teams to ensure strategies align with objectives, narratives, and target groups.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Digital Marketing discussions across units and within the region, and facilitate knowledge sharing, oversee campaign, website optimization, and tailor strategies to effectively target audiences based on global and local directives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable campaigns and compelling content, define and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign success, as well as monitor KPIs and link them to strategies.
- Oversee the distribution and timely localization of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with affiliate teams.
- Ensure campaign messaging aligns with Novo Nordisk's unbranded content commitment while fostering strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and affiliates.
Qualifications
- A graduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles, preferably with Experience in agency operations and/or management.
- Proven track record of successful omnichannel campaign strategy and execution management.
- In-depth experience with targeted consumer marketing and e-commerce. Candidates outside of Pharma industry are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working across multiple analysis, distribution, digital marketing, and editing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop).
