Your new role 
As a Business Development & Customer Engagement, you will:

  • Develop and implement telehealth marketing strategies to optimize the patient journey from awareness to adherence.
  • Foster strong relationships with telehealth providers to meet sales targets for Novo Nordisk GLP-1 Obesity products.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders to broaden business opportunities and enhance outreach efforts.
  • Create and execute multichannel engagement (MCE) strategies, including rep-triggered emails, webinars, and healthcare professional (HCP) portals, to maximize digital impact.
  • Analyze multichannel engagement (MCE) performance and customer journeys to optimize touchpoints and increase disease and brand awareness.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making by enhancing data accessibility and insights for improved commercial performance.
  • Improve customer segmentation, targeting, and customization to elevate the overall customer experience while ensuring compliance with marketing initiatives and pharmacovigilance standards.

This role reports directly to the General Manager and is based in Singapore. Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a Business Development & Customer Engagement Manager who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • Relevant academic degree (Bachelor/Master) from medical or business with minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Essential to have strong stakeholder communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skill, with experienced in leading cross-functional teams/projects.
  • Proven experience in developing business opportunity including expansion of obesity care in telehealth and business partnership.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analytics.
  • High degree of fluency in spoken and written English required.
