Associate Consumer Experience Director
Singapore, Singapore, SG
Your impact begins here
As Associate Consumer Experience Director APAC, you will build two new capabilities that make brand marketing more credible and more measurable across the region. You will define how brands responsibly engage online influencers to earn trust and reference, and you will bring brand, campaign, digital and content-creator activity into one clear performance narrative. Your work will help teams decide where to invest and sharpen how Novo shows up for customers.
What you'll bring
We're looking for a strong consumer marketer who can build capability from first principles and turn data into decisions.
You'll need:
• A bachelor's degree; an advanced degree (Master's, MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Data/Commercial or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across marketing, digital, media, customer engagement or data/insights, ideally with significant regional or multi-market responsibility.
• Local Singaporean citizens or PR holders are highly preferred.
• Proven experience at a regional/APAC level, translating global strategy into practical approaches across markets with different priorities, regulations and levels of digital maturity.
• Strong modern digital and social marketing expertise, including influencer/Digital Opinion Leaders (DOL) and Key Opinion Influencers (KOI) partnerships, creator collaborations, social amplification and content strategy.
• A track record of designing new capabilities, processes or operating models — playbooks, governance and measurement frameworks — not only running established programmes.
• Deep marketing performance and insight skills: integrating data across brand, media, digital, content and engagement, and translating it into clear recommendations and investment decisions.
• Experience defining KPIs and reporting standards across multiple markets, channels or brands, working with analytics specialists where needed.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority, partnering with senior marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal/Ethics & Compliance, data teams, agencies and affiliates.
• Comfort operating in a complex, matrixed multinational, balancing regional consistency with local execution realities.
Useful, but not essential:
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred. Candidates from consumer, technology or other sectors will be considered where they bring highly relevant social/influencer and data-driven marketing expertise.
What you'll do
This is a two-pillar role. In the first, you'll lead how brands engage online influencers; in the second, you'll own how APAC marketing measures and understands its performance. Across both, you'll help shape how Novo shows up across the wider customer experience.
Online Influencer Lead, APAC
• Own the APAC strategy for how brands responsibly leverage online influencers (DOLs and KOIs) to build awareness, trust, credible reference and engagement, and design the process to identify, prioritise and activate opportunities with clear governance, briefing, approval and measurement.
• Partner with Brand, Medical Affairs, Communications, Legal/Ethics & Compliance and affiliates so influencer activity is strategically relevant, medically credible, responsibly executed and compliant — and integrated with broader brand, content, digital and communications plans.
• Work with Communications on content creator engagement, narratives, social amplification, reputation and audience trust, and help shape how brands appear across digital platforms, content environments, NovoCare and emerging discovery experiences such as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Define brand- and audience-specific KPIs — awareness, engagement, sentiment, share of voice, trust and reference-building — and connect influencer results to brand health and campaign performance.
• Share best practice, case studies and reusable assets across APAC markets to build capability and reduce duplication.
Marketing Data and Insights Lead, APAC
• Design and own a single, integrated measurement framework across consumer marketing, media, digital, content, influencer and customer experience activity, with consistent KPI definitions, data sources, reporting standards and cadence that replace fragmented channel-level reporting.
• Bring campaign, media, digital, content, influencer and customer experience data into one cohesive performance narrative for APAC marketing leadership, on a regular reporting and insight rhythm that connects investment to impact.
• Translate data into clear insight and recommendations — what is working, why, where to invest next and how to optimise — and use it to inform decisions across markets, channels, campaigns, segments and content formats.
• Partner with Brand, Communications, Medical Affairs, Campaign and affiliate teams during planning cycles to bring an evidence-based view to prioritisation and resource allocation, including practical ways to assess customer experience across key touchpoints.
• Build data and insight capability across affiliate teams through clear tools, playbooks, templates and coaching.
Who you'll work with:
You'll work across markets in International Operations, where colleagues serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. This is a highly cross-functional role, so your ability to build trust and clear ways of working matters. Your closest partners will be Brand, Communications, Medical Affairs, Legal/Ethics & Compliance, Digital, Content and platform owners, along with regional and affiliate marketing teams across APAC. You'll also collaborate with data and analytics specialists and external agencies. These relationships are how influencer programmes stay credible and how a single performance narrative earns the confidence of leadership.
What you can expect here
You'll build two new capabilities from the ground up and see your thinking shape how brands engage customers and how leadership invests across APAC. It's an environment where you're trusted to set direction, challenge established approaches and make your voice heard — and supported to do your best work as you build new skills across markets, functions and channels.
