About the department
You will be part of Finance & Operations (F&O) at Novo Nordisk Regional Office in Singapore. Our team is dedicated to driving digitalization and analytics initiatives to support the Supply Chain strategy across the APAC region. We foster a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere where innovative solutions are encouraged and valued. The role will report directly to Region APAC Senior Supply Chain Director and have a dotted line report to the Head of Commercial Supply Chain Analytics, International Operations (IO).

 

The position
As an Analytics and Digitalization Manager, your main role is to bridge the gap between business needs and innovative technological solutions through agile collaboration with internal and external partners. You will drive process digitalization, create actionable insights, and improve the digital mindset across Region APAC in line with the Supply Chain strategy.

  • Drive business intelligence efforts through the development and implementation of advanced BI strategies, integration of data sources for comprehensive performance metrics, and conversion of data into actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for BI utilization across the APAC region and prepare dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and other digitalization means for broader use across APAC.
  • Lead and drive projects and/or tracks, identify opportunities for cross-functional process optimizations, automation, and standardization, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and implement the most relevant digital solutions for their specific needs as part of driving process digitalization.
  • Drive the Region Supply Chain Digital Network and execute a comprehensive digital strategy in APAC, sharing new technologies/systems, driving change management, and continuously monitoring the evolving landscape and emerging technologies to identify innovation and growth opportunities in APAC.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise within BI, process digitalization, and new technologies, while mentoring and coaching junior team members to develop their skills and expertise, all aimed at improving the digital mindset across Region APAC.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with 5+ years of experience in data analytics, project management, or supply chain roles in multinational organizations.
  • Strong analytical, change management, and problem-solving skills, with a well-established ability to deliver results and drive improvements under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power Platform), data architecture, Excel modelling, and PowerPoint presentations, with basic knowledge of SAP SD processes and interfaces.
  • Tech-savvy, action-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
