Warehouse Manager

Key responsibilities 

• Responsible for the overall operational management of the warehouse in accordance with GSP, customs and Novo Nordisk quality system requirements.
• Manage the warehouse team to continually improve operation efficiency and capabilities.
• Coordinate the operator of the partner for routine warehouse management, inbound and outbound activities, make sure the timely delivery.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with local HA and global standards.
• Act as operation responsible for Pudong warehouse related facility, equipment, and Computerized system according to NN validation standards.
• IT system owner of WMS,ESC and other warehouse related system.
• Coordinate with warehouse partners for pest control, cleanliness, and hygiene.

Qualification

• College degree or above in engineering, logistics, pharmacy, or other related area.
• Familiar with local GDP (GSP)/GMP.
• Above 5 years working experience in GMP or GDP (GSP) area.
• Above 5 years warehouse management experience.
• Familiar with warehouse operation, facility, and equipment management.
• EHS experience preferred.
